These prices are excluding cleaning, tourist taxes and fees.

• Cleaning: €100 (mandatory)
• Taxes: €20/day
• Tourist fees
• deposit: €300

I propose the following extras:

• wood: €7.50 a basket (1st basket is free)
• Rental of bed linen: €7.50/per person (optional)
• Rental of bath towels: €2.50/person (optional)

The deposit, cleaning, taxes and tourist fees are payable before your arrival.

Animals are prohibited in the gite, if this condition is not respected, the deposit will be kept as compensation.

We request an advance payment of 30% to guarantee the booking.

Total amount must be paid 15 days before your stay, otherwise the advance payment is lost and the property can be rented again.
